RolePoint Board is a niche job board. Employers submit job postings, which go through admin review before appearing publicly, and candidates browse and apply. We are not an employer, staffing agency, or agent of any listed company, and we do not employ, screen, interview, or guarantee the outcome of any position or application.

Listings Are Reviewed, Not Verified

Job postings go through a basic admin review before publishing to help filter out spam or obviously fraudulent submissions, but this is not a guarantee of accuracy, legitimacy, or that any position is currently available. Listings do not constitute an endorsement or recommendation. You are responsible for independently verifying a role's details with the employer before accepting an offer.

No Fabricated Metrics

This board does not publish applicant counts, "urgently hiring" claims, or other manufactured urgency language on listings.

Applications

Submitting an application is free and does not obligate you to accept any offer. Any agreement, offer, or employment relationship you enter into is solely between you and the employer — we are not a party to it and bear no responsibility for the outcome of any application or hiring process.
