When an employer submits a job posting, it goes into a queue for admin review before it appears publicly. This helps keep listings genuine and accurate. Postings are not auto-published.
Can I apply to a job that says "pending review"? +
No — postings are only open for applications once they've been reviewed and published. Pending or rejected postings are not visible or applyable on the public site.
Does RolePoint Board perform the hiring itself? +
No. We're a job board that connects employers and candidates. We don't employ, screen, interview, or guarantee the outcome of any application — that's between you and the employer.
