When an employer submits a job posting, we collect the company's contact details, the role details, and the submitter's own contact info. When a candidate applies to a job, we collect the candidate's name, email, phone (if provided), and any cover message included.

How We Use It

Job posting submissions are reviewed by admin before publishing. Application information is shared with the employer for the job applied to, so they can follow up with the candidate. We do not sell your information.

Data Storage

Information you submit is stored securely in our database and retained until no longer needed or you ask us to delete it.

Job Listings

Job listing content shown publicly is provided by the submitting employer for the purpose of being listed and contacted by prospective candidates.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
